Sarah Wessley is excited to rejoin the flute community again, after a long TMJ recovery. Sarah holds a Doctorate of Musical Arts in flute performance from Louisiana State University, where she was the graduate teaching assistant in flute. She is also a Wichita State alumna, where she earned a Master’s and a Bachelor’s of Music in flute performance. Here she was also the graduate teaching assistant in flute. Her flute teachers include Dr. Katherine Kemler, Dr. Frances Shelly, and Marilyn Hitchcock. As an educator, Sarah has taught private lessons and masterclasses as well as serving as a judge, and ensemble coach for over 10 years.
